Avoid at al Costs! 2/28/2014

Staff is unprofessional and untrained, as well as rude thoughtless and careless. Made an appointment and they said that they took my insurance. Upon arriving, taking the day off for this and in the worst LA storm in 2014, I was told that they do NOT and that I was out of luck. While waiting 25 minutes to get this rotten news, the receptionist was very rude to a patient who had called in. They DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU at this office. Period. more

Dr. Hamood is a great ear, throat, and nose specialist. he is one of the best here in the Long Beach area. His office has a friendly staff and has up to date medical devices to help him better in the diagnosis of his patients. There is always plenty of parking and it is right next to Los Alamitos Medical Center. more
