Volkswagon Service is a JOKE!! The only thing that they are interested in is making there quota and charging you for unnecessary things. I took my car in to get serviced and I ended up with a 1600.00 bill. Took my car home after I paid the 1600.00 and car didn't start up. Towed the car back and was told it was due to a recall. I don't believe I needed to get anything fixed in the first place!! The ONLY thing that needed to be CORECTED was the RECALL!! FRAUDSTERS!! more

Exceeds my expectations 6/13/2011

Service dept at Hall Imports far exceeds my expectations at every visit. Previous dealers I worked with made me wait for several minutes after I pulled in the garage. Mazda service techs are consistently standing there waiting for me and hold the door as I exit the vehicle. outstanding. Personal service. Everyone I deal with there remembers my name the next time I come in. Everyone is friendly, which is unusual for a dealership in my previous experience. more

Our salesperson was awesome! 5/25/2011

Our Sales person was awesome he had an above average knowledge of the product. I was impressed with the delivery process the business manager was ready for us at our appt time and the car was inside ready for the sales person to show us how it worked . Hall is a 1st class operation that know time is valuable and didn't waste mine. The experience was better that at some high end dealerships that i have bought cars at in the past. more

Never a bad experience 5/11/2011

We have never had a bad experience at Hall service. The consultants we have dealt with (Bob, Nick and Brett) are all well mannered, knowledgeable and courteous. They are true professionals. The service techs that perform the service should also be complemented. Always an outstanding job! more
