This Dealership will rip you off, Do not go there ! 11/4/2008

spent over $3000.00 for car repairs, and my car is dead was towed there twice and they still couldn't find anything wrong with it. Poor Sevice Manager and Service writer and definetly rude. They put a new/used engine in it and now I have a dead car a week later. My car is in worse shape than it was in and they won't do anything about it. All the display lights keep coming on and they claim they couldn't find the problem. They keep saying it's something else and they couldn't find the problem but each time i picked up my car I paid a bill. Don't buy from them and don't use their service. The Service Manager Matt has a very nice speech how he's going to help you blah. blah.. and he'll also tell you that they don't mark up their parts either...My car is now at another shop..... Once they collect your money they will not take any responsibilty and ignore you. Poor Customer Service and rude Service Writers !! Crooks this dealership is !! Pros: They will rip you off in the Service Center! Cons: They will rip you off in sales too, that's sales for GM is at a low 40% more

What a nightmare 11/2/2007

I bought my car from Hall and initially was impressed with the whole deal. ((Other than their inability to inform people of actual prices till you sign the paperwork)) About a week after I bought my car the steering shaft began to make noise. So I brought it in, and at no cost they supposedly fixed it. Yea no cost obviously means no fix. I brought it back and they told me they would pay for half of it. Any work done on a car is warrantied for 1 year. They said first that they replaced my steering shaft then the service writer tells me they only did a lube kit. That is what was done the first time I brought it back. Now second time around they tell me they won't fix the problem. They tell me the shaft should have been replaced? They won't replace it via a GM policy. I would have to pay for this. I am disgusted. I will never do business with this company again. I would hope you wouldn't either. more

Jason and Skip at Hall Chevrolet Body Shop are the best. I recently had my vehicle repaired by one of thier technicians and I am very pleased. The work was done extreemly fast and for a very reasonable cost. They answered all my questions and even did more than I expected. Great Job! more

Where's the service? 9/7/2006

I recently had some body shop work done to my car. While the work done was very good, the attitude of the cashier, Shannon, and ineptitude of the assistant manager, Steve, left me wondering where the service they claim to have is rendered. Being threatened by an unknown employee that I would be "kicked out" if I swore (the use of the word 'hell' is hardly swearing by today's standards)is not acceptable business practice, at least not if return service is desired! The manager of the dealership took my complaint, but did not update me on the situation. Andy Hall is obviously too busy counting his money to respond to customer concerns. I have sent 2 friends there to buy cars, as well as my mother. NEVER again will I do this! \r If you want true customer service (not the "customer no service" that Clark Howard speaks of), do not go here! PROS: Good work. Follow-up by owner was appreciated. Hall Chevrolet on North Avenue 7/1/2005

I recently in April had my cataylit convert done at this shop. The quality of the work is excellent. However the overall cost was a little expensive. PROS: excellent work CONS: steep prices more
