Over the past 6 months, I've utilized the services of The Hair Company as a walk-in customer for a simple haircut. After my first few visits there, I was encouraged by Tom, the barber, to make advance appointments. On May 1st, I scheduled a 10:00 a.m. appointment and since Tom wasn't available at that time, I scheduled with one of their stylists. The receptionist called me back and left a message saying that I should reschedule with Tom, as he had cut my hair previously. Truth was, even though I didn't state so when making the appointment, I didn't want Tom, as he had done mediocre work, in my opinion. When I arrived at 10:00 for my appointment, I was accosted by Tom at the front door with profanity for making an appointment, presumably because I made it with another stylist. I walked out and won't be going back....there are way too many options for customers to have to accept that kind of treatment and utter rudeness!
