Hair a GoGo is a progressive and eclectic salon. Kathryn Werk is the best stylist I've found in Chattanooga. Highly recommend this salon, and Kathryn in particular. more

Good: Catherine Work. She LISTENED and gave me something other than a cookie cutter haircut and the way she did my color was different and looked really cool and unique. LOVE IT!. Bad: The girls that answered the phone could have been more pleasant. I asked to book with a female and I felt pushed to book with a male stylist. I got my way though and was happy in the end.. Improvements: Less pushyness by the girl that answered the phone to book my appointment. Other: The customer service I received from my stylist was superb. I felt like someone listened to me and that just might be a first for me.. more

DO NOT GO TO CATHERINE AT HAIR A GO GO. I went to her because during the consultation she listened to me tell her that my hair was too short and I needed a trim so I could grow it out. She said she knew we needed to thin out the top a little to shape it up. Ok but she took off so much hair on the sides that it is not even an inch long (it was about 2 1/2 - 3 inches long. I did not pay for the cut and spoke with the owner Elizabeth. She was apologetic, wanted me to come in to see her to see what she could do but stated that there was very few hours she would be in the salon the following week. Huh?? This seemed like lip service so I did not go back. I mean what could she do?? Can't make it grow back in the 5 weeks before my 10th Anniversary Cruise to the Caribbean. I am LIVID!!! There is a lot more to this story that I cannot state here in such a short amount of character space. Just trust me and do not go to CATHERINE at Hair A Go Go!!!! DO NOT unless you want to have a really bad cut!!! more

I highly recommend this salon. It's got a great atmosphere and a wonderful staff. Monica was great. They really take their time talking with you before they do anything. It is on the pricey side, but it is so worth it. They also have internet access, so while your hair is processing you can check your e-mail or anything else you need to do. Great idea! more

I found this salon to be a great new experience. The salon is creative and fun to go to. The stylists are friendly and did a great job. The stylist was great to tell me what would or wouldn't be a good style for me and gave me tips on how to style my new cut. The salon offers some great hair care products but were not pushy about purchasing. The prices were reasonable. more

Ok, I go there, so does my mom and my best friends. This is the place to be for a great cut. The stylists are young and fun. They do brows and that sort of thing as well, but I have only gone in for my hair. When I need a change I go for color and it looked great. Apparently, a lot of the stylist have come from Hair Benders. That is where they have started. They have parking and is close to downtown. They are a little expensive compared to some other hot spots. more

Hair A Go-Go is a cool and fun salon. Waiting times are never long and the stylists are skilled. They have the ability to look at your hair, face shape, etc. and determine what sort of style will look good on you. Prices are reasonable and you get a good cut and style. more
