My girlfriend went in for the easiest haircut.straight across,all one length to the chin. The end result was up to her nose,not straight across and one side longer than the other....

Worst haircut ever. All I asked for was a trim with some layers at the bottom. I ended up with a layer that is only 3 inches long and when I said something all the girl said was well it's too late now. Then when I got an email about my experience. I filled it out and a couple of days later someone contacted me. I have been playing phone tag since then. They have done nothing about it. \r more

My girlfriend went in for the easiest haircut.straight across,all one length to the chin. The end result was up to her nose,not straight across and one side longer than the other.The worst part is she blow dryed it and still didnt fix it. We had to return after seeing how big of a mess it was, and had a manager correct it. more
