I started out at Mount Timapanogos Women's Health Care based on a recommendation from a friend. I loved my doctor, but then he left to start his own practice. At the clinic, they kept cancelling and rescheduling my appointments with the doctor that I started out seeing. Eventually, they told me that my doctor would "no longer be practicing" instead of telling me that he was moving to a different practice. Then, they charged me twice for my ultrasound. Dr. Saunders was the doctor they reassigned me to and he was nice enough, but I had long waits in the waiting room (sometimes up to an hour) and then waits again in the examination rooms to have a 5 minute appointment that was rushed. I was not comfortable at this practice at all, and they made it very difficult for me to transfer my records when I requested to do so.
