First off.. Jyotsna Gupta is not even board certified.. Why? three possible reasons, (1) Has not put in her application... which I doubt because she has been practicing as a doctor since 1984..well maybe possible because she is just that lazy.. (2) Because she has been turned down for membership by the Board.. again, it is possible because she simply has NO CLUE what she is doing.. (3) Because she has failed to meet the minimum requirement to be Board Certified.. I highly suggest to do your research intensively regarding this doctor and her practice. Easy to get an appointment, once in their office, you wait for a minimum of 1 hour. While at the waiting room, you will hear all of her staff's rudeness to other patients over the phone and others waiting inside that office. Not to mention their Arlington office, full of the most rude staff that you will ever meet. Talk to them nicely about your condition and will give you a the look, sarcastic remarks then talk to each other while using a different language then laugh... If you want a place where you will be respected, treated like a human being and really cared for, please, go some where else.. more

Doctor Gupta is a very good doctor, I would highly recommend him. He is always very receptive to the concerns patients have and has a straightforward bedside manner that puts patients at ease. The office staff is very warm and appointments are easy to get. I've never been kept waiting long after my appointment time, unlike other doctor's offices. The only drawback is that you have to pay for parking in the garage - strange for an office located in the suburbs. more
