Jean Guez is a fraud... My son was molested by my ex-wife's uncle, and Guez claims my son is lying and he made it up. She recommended that custody should be taken away from father and given to the mother who takes the child back into the same home and around the same uncle who did the abuse. Guez is not looking out for the best interest of any child. Jean Guez does not look at the evidence. She is nothing more than a puppet for the lawyers to hide behind. She would do or say anything the attorneys pay her to do or say. I totally agree that she is nothing more than a sexist, and bias against fathers. BE WARN... this woman will do everything in her power to destroy you and the relationship you have with your children. Jean Guez needed to thoroughly investigated and her license needs to be taken away for the safety of anyone in need of family counseling. more

Jean Guez sucked up to Justice for Children using lies and slander to attempt to impress them most likely in order to get on their payroll. She told a lie about me based on hearsay. What ethical professional would do such things without even having a meeting with the person being denigrated? Beware of Justice for Children too as it rejects Parental Alienation and is sexist gender biased against fathers. more

AMEN to fractured father above. Jean Guez has struck again!! This time she destroyed the childhood of a 12-year old boy who loves his father and has now been told he can see him only on weekends and 2 hrs. on Wednesday night. She refused to read any letters written on behalf of the father stating how wonderful he and his son get along and how we did not have any qualms with having him around any of our children. This father was like fractured father above -- had no crimilar record, pay child support, and would have moved heaven and earth for his son. Everything she stated was so far from the truth just as it was above. The mother of this child is described as a ""good mother as long as she is on her meds"". She ran off with this child and made him hide under a bed telling him not to open the door or she would be arrested. She has had 40 contempt of court charges against her and has yet to be held accountable for any of them. She speaks against the father and yet he was slammed for trying to alienate him against his mother -- just another untruth! When the son got word today that he will only be able to see his father during limited visits he broke down. This woman should not be allowed to work in this field because she destroys lives. If I were her children, I would be ashamed to call her my mother. Instead of helping children, she destroys them!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

Jean Guez needs to be investigated to make sure she isn't getting kickbacks. She ignores blatant evidence and testimony and refuses to acknowledge the wishes of the child. I'm ashamed to live in America where our society permits ""professionals"" like this to do the damage they do. more

If you have an abusive ex husband who has commited family violance and than comes in after never seeing the child and abuses them she is great. She believes that the mother should have sole custody and I agree with that. She is wonderful. more

blindly follows court rules without considering the saftey of the child involved. Doesnt take into consideration the welfare of the child, just what she is mandated to do. Dr. Guez made commitments to produce a report for our court case after being paid in full and did not produce the report. My ex and I settled as the attorney's fees were mounting up as we waited 8 months for a report that never came. Pros: Parking Cons: Inability to meet commitments she set more

Although it has been 4 years since any court testimony has been heard from this so called ""Expert Witness"" and I now have virtually unlimited access to my now 10 year old son because of my persistance and love for my son, I never forgive nor forget. In 2003 I was the typical father fighting for his right to see his child. I have no criminal record, pay child support, and have always shown nothing but love for my son. This has bearing in the Family Court system of Montgomery County, TX where ""Expert"" testimony can be bought as quickly as a hamburger. I, along with several other witnesses have never been so sick in our lives until hearing this ""Expert"" witness testify to things that were so far from the truth. Jean R. Guez will destroy a parent-child relationship if the money is right. With 3 children of her own, she knows better. In summary, if you are wealthy and want to use your children as a bargaining tools against his/her other parent, I recommend Jean Guez. Pros: If you are wealthy and can pay her fees, she will say whatever you pay her to say Cons: A sellout to her profession, really very sad. more
