Dealing with this company has been the only problem in my entire wedding. They have poor communication, nickle and dime you to death and then, when THEY make a mistake (and there are many) they expect you to pay for it and do not care. I am a very nice person, but I am mad! I received envelopes that had errors, envelopes that were doubles and didn't receive envelopes for some guests and they are saying I have to pay for their errors plus a high shipping fee. Save yourself the aggravation and don't even consider it. I have alot of stress right now with getting married and my father is ill, I really don't need this. So unprofessional, rude and uncaring. Stay away! more

Heather shut down Groff's Graphics because of all the terrible reviews. She sent my invites late. She shorted me 20 invites and refused to refund me the money for the invites she didn't send, and she put the wrong names and addresses on my envelopes and did NOTHING to make it right. She basically told me tough $h!T and that I was being difficult. \r \r She is now operating under FLAMBOYANT DESIGNS COUTURE so AVOID IT at ALL COSTS!!! \r \r I just want to make sure another bride doesn't have to go through what I went through as she almost ruined my wedding!! more

Do not use Groffs Graphics, Heather, the owner almost ruined my wedding and she felt no remorse at all. She sent my invitations out a month late, and on top of that did not even send my whole order. She never completed my order, did not return my phone calls or my money. I finally had to appeal her charges to the CC company to get my money back on the invitations she had not provided. The CC company found in favor of me and I was finally called by Heather and verbally abused over the phone. My brother and his new wife came to Heather for their invitations. They ordered a very simple design and were specific about when they wanted the invitations mailed. Heather got everything wrong. The invitations were weeks late, most arrived smudged or wrinkled or in otherwise terrible condition, worst of all she only mailed invitations to SOME of the guest list. She was rude and unapologetic when confronted. My fiance and I had signed a contract with her, which we cancelled after the debacle with my brother's invitations. This was months ago and she still has not returned the money she owes us. Avoid this company at all costs, the website looks great but the finished product and customer service fall very short of the mark. more

I started out very happy with my decision to use Groff's Graphics for my wedding invitations. The invitations really are beautiful.\r \r Then things all went down hill. The invitations were slated to come around the middle to end of October. I needed them earlier so I paid a $200 rush fee.\r \r When they did not show up when expected I tried contacting Heather several times. She finally got back to me on 10/19 and told me they were in the mail. I did not receive them until 10/23.\r \r She lied as the postage/post office stated they were not placed in the mail until 10/21. We then realized that we were missing part of the monogram seals we paid an upgrade charge for. I tried to contact her immediately and asked if she could overnight them.\r \r Heather responded Monday morning saying she could not overnight them, sorry. She could only put them in tomorrows mail as today's had already been picked up. Apparently she couldn't even fix her own mistake by dropping them at the post office.\r \r She has also refused to reimburse me the rush fee even though they ended up coming the same time they were originally expected. She has not even been apologetic. She only apologized in saying that she can't give me any of my money back and cannot overnight the seals.\r \r The invitations are pretty but not at all worth the time, effort or money it took to deal with this company. I feel robbed. I really suggest you go elsewhere. If things don't work out just know that you are out of your money and she won't be making any effort to rectify the situation.\r \r Total and complete dissapointment and I've been swindled of $200. I have been working with Heather of Groff's Graphics for a couple months now for my destination wedding for June 2010 and I have to say that the service and designs are FABULOUS! I booked early because I knew the popularity of her work.\r \r Proofs are fast and the designs are what I have invisioned the whole process. She has listened to all my needs and thoughts and has created and out standing invitation for my upcoming wedding. DO NOT Purchase anything from HeatherCollins85 on etsy. Also known as GroffsGraphics. This is my way of leaving her the negative feedback she deserves. I am truly disappointed at her lack of customer service and care. Here is the story: Back in JULY I ordered gorgeous “will you be my bridesmaid?”, “maid of honor” and “flower girl” cards. We spoke through email a lot and I went through the entire personalization process etc. Finally she gets everything correct and the way I would like it in september and she says I will be in touch when they ship. I didnt contact her bc I didnt want to bother her. Last week (October-almost 3.5 months later) rolls around and she emails me asking,”if I liked the cards.” I respond, ""I have not received the cards"" and I never got a tracking number from her. We go back and forth with emails. She sends the tracking number. I track it. It says on 9.16.09 the post office was notified of a shipment but never received the item. They have no receipt of ever receiving the item and there is no proof she actually brought it to the post office! She says since they sent it. It is out of their hands. And there is nothing they can or will do! She wont reprint, refund..nothing! I say how much would it cost to re purchase these, she responds saying she can not help me they are booked until february!!!! I write her back pretty upset and not understanding how she could not even re print these items for me. I am a paying customer. She can not squeeze me back in?! doesnt make sense!!!!! There is also no receipt of the purchase of my items on etsy anymore! I can not even leave her the negative feedback she deserves. I am soo extremely upset and mad .I can not stand that people actually do this to people and get away with it. I have never had a single problem on etsy. I LOVE etsy! Found Heather on etsy, and let me just say that I ordered wedding invitation samples through etsy and various stores and her work is to die for!! Great quality, and great price for what you get! Placed my order for invitations, great communication, responds to emails same day and even calls to go over details and options. I have not started production on my invitations yet, but she's sending me a second round of samples, cant wait! I drive this woman nuts about every little detail and she'd beyond helpful and gets back to me lightning fast. I definitiely recommed Groff's Graphics, gorgeaou, amazing work and excellent communication!!! By far one of the best vendors Im working with for my wedding! Pros: Gorgeous Work!! These invitations are amazing!!!!. The only bad thing here is the costumer service its just AWFUL....Really what needs to happen is for Heather to find a new way to deal with her costumers. because at the end of the day all the costumers she has is what keep her in business going. I found Groffs Graphics online at Etsy. Everything seemed like a great deal so I began arranging my invitation order in February for my August wedding. I paid a $500 deposit by April and did not receive proofs until JUNE, EVEN THOUGH I had emailed Heather multiple times. It took numerous phone calls (for which she told me she ""was busy"" and wasnt going to repeat herself because she felt I was wasting her time) and when we finally paid a Rush fee, I got the order delivered 3 weeks after I had originally told her I wanted the invitations. Also, 7 were printed upside down and 7 with the address on the flap for which she NEVER replaced. \r DO NOT make the same mistake I made,! I Found Groffs Graphics Online thought the invitations were beautiful but read that the orders must be placed way ahead in advanced. so I decided to give Heather a call back in March and asked if there was any way that I could place an order and the invitations be here by july 17 since my wedding is in September and many of my invites needed to be sent out overseas. she said YES and was nice on the first call....but I should have know it was all going to turn into a nightmare. Long story short.... I ordered 70 invitations with maps and seal monograms. When she finally sent the final proofs I approved of course my invitations don't look anything like my proofs. She told me she would put a velum overlay on the invitation and the proofs showed just that they where beautiful of course thats not what I got. but that is not all my invitaions got here almost a month before my wedding and she knew that many of my invites needed to be sent out over seas...She was extremely rude to me and my Fiance, at one point she even hung up on me because I asked her to tell me when my invitations would be here....finally after much stress She agreed to ship them overnight for an extra $125 I ended up paying 1,000 for 70 invitations. When they got here my fiance and I were glad to have the invitations in our hands and thought the stress was over.. not until we started putting them together 2 of the invitations where totally scratched on purpose we could not use those 2 invitations and then she only sent us 65 monogram seals instead of 70. The invitations were not centered and the map was poorly done. She often bragged about her studies and her knowledge with graphic design. I don't know where she went to school but I think she should go back and learn the basics which is typography and layout. Maybe some classes on how to treat customers might help a lot too.Honestly for the price I payed I would at least expect the work to be right. I wish I could have read these reviews before doing business with this unprofessional person. Really I could have saved my self all this stress. I am truly disappointed. And I really don't appreciate that she could not even be honest with me and tell me if my invitations where going to arrive on time or not instead she just ignored me. I was intially lured into going with Groff's because the samples displayed on their website were pretty and after shopping around for pocketfold invitations, they had the best price. My first phone conversation with Heather was good, and she seemed nice enough. She was even communicative when we first started the process. However, things quickly went downhill after our second phone conversation. First, Heather became pretty unresponsive to my emails asking her questions about the details of my invites. I mean, I was a little worried because she was basically designing it from scratch, and I wanted to know what it was going to look like since I wouldn't be there to see it in person. So in some of my first emails I asked maybe 4 questions about the picture, color, font, etc. and I waited 3 days before sending her a reminder email. She finally responded, but very curtly, and with one liners that made me feel bad for having even asked my questions in the first place. \r \r When my invitations were ready to be previewed, I excitedly opened up my email to find a very grainy and very tiny picture of my invitation. I tried to expand the picture so I could proof the words in detail, but it was REALLY difficult. Even printing it out and enlarging didn't help that much. I emailed Heather right away about the size and if she could send a bigger version. I don't remember if she responded or not, but in any case, the size remained as it was for my perusal. I was able to catch some of her misspellings, but because the words were grainy and the proof so small, I ended up missing the misspelled word ""INVTIE"". When our invitations came in the mail, I was really disappointed and angry. I coulldn't help thinking that if the proof had been larger, I would have been able to catch everything. As a result, I shelled out another $100 (incl overnight S&H) to remake the invitations with the correct spelling. I even paid extra for Heather to overnight it (because it was already 5 mos. to our destination wedding), but it ended up arriving to me 3 days later anyways (I saw from the postmark that she took it to the post office a day later than we agreed), even though she had promised me that it would arrive within 2 days. \r \r What I couldn't forgive was the craftsmanship of the invitations. The pocketfolds themselves were beautiful (because they're not made by her). The actual printed invitation was off center on most of the new ones I received, and more than half the outter labels were cut crookedly. I had to end up buying a paper cutter to correct the crookedness.\r \r I guess the lesson is is that you get what you pay for. At almost $6 an invitation ($7 if you include the remake), I thought I was getting a bargain, but I paid for it with tears and anguish. I strongly advise you to go elsewhere if you want to make sure you get perfect invitations for your important day. more

I had a great time with Groff's Graphics. My pocket folds were AMAZING! I couldn't have asked for more from a wedding invitation vendor. Go see a professional or just take ten years off your life. Goof's Oh, I mean Groff's got the date wrong on my invite. I had no time to send them back. I sent her my honest account (Yelp review) just hoping that she would improve her attention to detail, and Groff's threatened me with lawyers to take down my review. Groff's also spelled invite wrong on a wedding invite from another brides yelp. Don't do business with someone who might threaten you.
