Gresham Four Wheel Drive

Got fog lights and an electric start put in. Fog lights dont work the doors on truck wont lock now cause electric start. Tried to get fixed wont return calls. more

Tried to make them my one stop shop. I normally like to shop with the little guy. Came in to get some work done and had to listen to some guy behind the counter talking about what he did over the weekend for five minute to a tow truck driver from next door before he finally asked me what I needed. Dropped my truck off for what was suppose to be a two hour job and never got a call to pick it up when it was done, so I called the next day 10 minutes before closing and was told that it was done the day before and that I had been called. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I came back to get some more work done and was price gouged. I was quoted a amount by the owner Don, that was to be a military discount and found the same thing down the street at Superior for $475.00 dollars cheaper. On top of the fact when I walked into Superior I was greeted by two different employee with in 5 feet. I would never use Gresham 4 Wheel ever again. By the way I have worked as a manager in Military and Law Enforcement sales for 5 years and have never allowed my employees to give the kind of service that I received from Gresham 4 Wheel Drive. I will pass the word that they are not Military or Law Enforcement friendly. Pros: Close in /town Cons: Rude, Arrogant, Price Gouged, Less than truthful service. more

During the process of Buying a lift, tires, and wheels, I had several things go wrong. First thing that went wrong was they had me drop off my vehicle on a Wednesday they did not start working on it till Friday then they didn't get it done by 5:00PM so they kept it over the weekend, this was supposed to be a one day install! (This is my only vehicle, getting rides everywhere gets old real quick) Second they ordered the wrong wheels, then told me no they are correct they have ordered thousands of this type of wheel, after consulting catalogs they admitted to being wrong. (Yeah another 2 week of waiting for the correct wheels that I paid for and ordered) Third was when it was time to come back after a 1000 miles and tighten everything up, made an appointment for 2:00 took 2 hours vacation from work, when I got in there they said they were pretty busy that I should come back some other day. ( I have not been back since) I could rant all day on things that went wrong with my experience here, but I will just end it with, I am surprised they are still in buisness with customer service like this.
