Pleasant decor featuring a mural of important Texans on the back wall. Staff is friendly and used plates are usually removed before you return to the table with your next plate. There is a good variety and many shrimp dishes. Spicy shrimp in a chinese creole-like sauce, cocktail shrimp, rock salt shrimp, sweet and sour shrimp, seafood medley and my favorite shrimp and chicken. There is also the usual chinese fare all done to perfection. I have been there six times and was never disappointed. If you go on your birthday, show your driver's license and your meal is free plus at the end of the meal your waitress will bring you a square of cake with a candle surrounded by fresh fruit.
There are two buffet islands, one dedicated to soup, deep fried dishes and main dishes. The second island is salad and dessert. There is also an ice cream machine. Lunch is about $6 and dinner is about $9.
