This is a place where you can get decent cuts on hair styles that are easier to do. I find that many hair cutters will start of working there for a year for practice, then move on to places with higher standards. This is not a bad thing, it just means that you won't ever get a "perfect" cut. They are ALWAYS friendly, striking up pleasant conversations whenever they can. It is also relatively cheap.
