Best Experience seeing a Dentist. He has the most high tech instruments I have ever seen. I needed a crown and went to two other Dentist before I found Dr. Gray. He was wonderful and was able to make the crown in one appointment with the Cerec Machine. It was beautiful and you cant even tell it was a crown. Very Professional. I would recommend him to anyone. more

My family quit going here due to repeated billing mistakes. The office staff was not submitting the bill to our insurance correctly (this happened three times over a year and a half). They would send me rude letters asking for payment. I would call and ask them to resubmit to my insurance, because my insurance said they were billed wrong. Every time the office staff blamed my insurance, and I would spend hours on the phone going back and forth trying to get the payments. Once a man hung up on me. Every time I was told I would get a call back, but didn't. Once I was told to pay while they sorted the problem out with insurance and they would reimburse me after they got paid. That was after I had gone through this twice with them already. I was happy with Dr. Gray's care, but his billing staff ran me off. more

Every time that my husband and I have gone to this dentist, we have been billed by the dentist....even for services that were supposed to be 100% covered by our insurance. I highly suspect insurance fraud from this practice as I am not alone in this poor billing practice. They have a great new office, but it's rare to even see the dentist at all. My last two visits for cleanings, I didn't even see the dentist and I doubt he was there at all because my appointment was during lunch time. My husband was told he had 5 cavities last time he went there and he just tried a brand new dentist today only to find that she didn't see ANY cavities at all. Dr. Chet Gray always seems to be looking for something and billing outrageous amounts for it. We've switched dentists and are very glad to have done so. more
