EXCELLENT CHILD CARE!! 10/13/2011

My daughter has been going there for almost a year already and this place is just the perfect daycare. I 've moved her several times because i'm very picky. She is very happy everyday to go and she actually had learned so much, she just turned 3 years old and she know all the colors, shapes and can make straight lines, she is fully potty trained now. They keep parents involved at all times and they do all sort of fun stuff, like splash day. I know my kid doesn't go there to stay inside a room, she comes home so tired of playing and she also comes home with drawings, paper made puppets, etc. more

Grandma's House is the best daycare in town 9/18/2011

When we first saw this place, we fell in love to this place right away! Daycare has a very huge backyard for kids to play, staff were organized and systematic. Also, my wife and I noticed through out the years our son was there - no matter what, all of the staff never forget names of kids around them..It gave us a feel that they are always on top of taking care of our kid. We brought our son to Grandma's when he was 18 months old and now turning 10 yrs old next year... and there's never been a day that we are worried about our son while both of us are at work. more

NOT GOOD FOR SUMMER 6/9/2011

I am surprised to know that children are allowed to do outdoor activities in such hot summer. In fact , my son got hot rash and sun burn . They do not care to protect children from such a heat. If adult cant tolerate such heat ,how can children ? No one has this sense. This place is not for summer. They do not have shade/tree in many play areas. Totally wrong method!! for child care. !!!! Also, no feedback from teacher. Don't deserve 5star......... more

No Worries 2/13/2011

Home away from home! My son has been with Grandma's House for over 8 years and it has truely been a comfort for us over the years. The staff is great, kids are active and happy and the extended day program has fed my son breakfast every morning, bused my son to school, and picked him up in the afternoon. I have no worries while he is there because I know they treat him like one of their own. The facilities are great and my son has developed great friendships at Grandma's House Day Care. more

My daughter is happy 2/1/2011

When my daughter's old daycare closed, I was devastated, she had been at that particular center since she was an infant. We searched and searched several daycare centers, but none gave me a feeling of home, and that was important to me. When we found Grandma's house, my daughter thought she was going to visit her ""grandma's house"". She instantly feel in love with the school and I decided to give the school a shot. After reviewing the school with the state to look for complaints, and noncompliance issuse, I enrolled her at Grandma's House and couldn't have made a better choice. more

Very happy with Grandma's House 12/2/2010

My daughter loves attending Grandma's House every day. All staff is very friendly and the teachers are always happy to give updates on how your child is doing in class. They also have a huge playground for the kids to play. I also like they are offering dance and gym classes which are provided by an outside company. I researched several day cares in that area before enrolling my daughter and Grandma's House stood out the most! more

Great DayCare Center 5/27/2010

This has been a great place for both of our boys. Our first started when he was 2 and the second started when he was 8 weeks. Our oldest boy is now going to 1st grade and the start that Grandma's House gave him has been invaluable. Our youngest is now leaving to join his brother at his new school and he has also been well prepared. Staff turnover is very limited with many longtime employees who are caring and nurturing. Pros: caring staff, lots of activities Cons: small parking lot more

Peace of Mind 5/10/2010

My children have attended grandma's House since they were infants. They both started at 6 weeks of age. When they are that little you really have to count on someone else to not only feed and diaper them, but to love them. I feel like the teachers at Grandma's House truly love the children they care for. My oldest child is 3 now and she loves to go to school and learn new things everyday. When I see her around other children her age she really seems to be advanced with her colors, shapes, alphabet, and numbers. Pros: Trustworthy teachers, lots of physical activity for kids more

BEST DECISION I EVER MADE! 2/1/2007

My daughter was the first infant to enroll in the West Oaks location. Now, at 20 months of age, she is moving up to the toddler room and I could not be happier. The staff make every effort to ensure the well-being of your child. At the time of my dauther's enrollment, we were new to the West Oaks area and were looking for reliable, convenient childcare. Since then, we have purchased a home in the Copperfield area but still make the commute every day so that our daughter can remain at Grandma's House. The hours, tuition, staff and curriculum all make this facility the best choice for us. I would not have her anywhere else! Pros: KEY PAD ENTRANCE AT FRONT DOOR, BI-LINGUAL CURRICULUM, EXTENDED HRS. more
