The service was ok but nothing great. I used to be a waiter and recognize good service, and the waiter did not go out of his way at all to make us feel welcome or like he was glad to see us. The food is nothing special. I ordered a quesadilla and found it bland and rather small for the money that they were charging for it. It was surprisingly small and yet cost me $9. The beans were good, but the rice was dry. Disappointing.
