I had heard that this would be a good location to check out some newer nice cars with in-house financing. I thought this may be a good location for new Boeing employees to look. My experience was met with a complete lack of meeting any expectations or ever even getting an answer. The vehicle I wanted to drive was off the lot being driven by the owner. So I drove the most expensive vehicle there (Mercedes convertible) which was my 2nd choice as it happens. I brought all the paperwork with me, Pay stubs, phone numbers, Utility bills, and a written example of exactly what I was looking for. The sales person said he would tell the owner as soon as he got in and get me the decision and a offer. I called the next day and found the owner never showed up, but should be in that day, and then was asked Who is this and when were you here? I asked for a email address so that I could send a couple pictures and ads of a model car I was interested in. They are ""suppose"" to be able to find what you want. The first mail was returned, I called got another email, didn't, work, did it again, next didn't work, it took FOUR tries for them to get me their correct email. Then the salesperson asked me again whom I was, and said they had not seen the owner for a couple days and didn't have an answer for me. Not once had they ever called me the actual CUSTOMER, I felt like I was serving them. I let a weekend go by and called again. Once again the Owner was not there and when the salesperson could he would present my offer , wow had not presented it in the 5 days since my visit. The salesperson asked if I could send in my offer because he didn't remember who I was and which car I drove. I have not called back and they have NEVER called me, now it has been 30 days. If I could give them a negative 1 star, they would get it. I will tell everyone that works for me and with me to avoid this business at all costs.
