First, let me be fair and say the job on my hair was acceptable. That, however, is not the only ingredient that makes a salon one you like to come back to. The lady in charge continuously addressed me with an affectatious ""madame,"" in an effort to sound European. Moi, je ne suis pas francaise bien que je sois europeenne! The Hispanic lady who started the treatment on my hair was a very good hair stylist and her sincerity and friendliness made it very comfortable to be under her care. To my chagrin, unfortunately, the manager took over, and this is the reason I will NEVER go back! She was very controlling and loud-voiced, not only to the stylists but to me as a customer as well. The tension in the shop could be cut with a knife! One of the young stylists had no clients and sat in her chair, totally ignored by the manager and left out of any conversation. The only one who dominated the airwaves was the manager herself! The stylists were silent, as if afraid to say anything! I would not be surprised if the turnover rate here were high. I appreciate good trade skills, but the quality of a salon is made up of professionalism AND SERVICE that is welcoming. I was very disappointed.
Pros: Plenty of parking space.
Cons: Very unfriendly ambiance.
