I would like to give a special thanks to Alex with Good Year in Leesburg, VA. I called to get price and availability on a tire that I needed replaced ASAP. Not only did Alex quote me a great price but his friendliness and genuine concern in knowing I needed to get back to work make me a happy customer. As always I appreciate the up-beat mannerism of all the sales support. I have worked in customer service for over 20 years and nothing sets the mood like the front line (1st person you see) when walking into a business. Once again thank you for all your help! Five Stars 6/16/2011

I give them five stars. I bought four tires, a battery, brakes, and a state inspection. The Service was good. I Iiked the way they went over everything with me, explaining the costs and asking my approval. The waiting room was clean and pleasant to wait on your car or they have a shuttle and will take you home and pick you up. I thought they were fast with the repairs and professional. I will return. more

A++ for effort 7/31/2005

We had our car worked on here. We truthfully had a great experience with them despite having to return it multiple time for what turned out to be a faulty part through no fault of their own. They were very accommodating and have continued to earn my business and my money more
