Goodwill accepts donations (clothing, toys, furniture, etc.) and then sells them. Your donations are tax-deductible. What you can find in the Goodwill varies on any given day. The racks get kind of full and everything is second-hand so you'll find some dirty and torn stuff. You should look stuff over well before purchasing. They do have a furniture section and even some large items outside sometimes like bikes and toys.
