Good when the students are gone 9/15/2006

Good Time Charley's is a popular student hangout near campus. It tends to get a bit too crowded with students when school is in session, but during the summer it's a great place for the rest of us! The food quality is unpredicatable, but you can't go wrong with the count twist sticks, cheese fries, and drinks. more

Love the Stix 3/16/2006

Their cheese twists/stix are like nothing else!!! Great atmosphere, especailly in the summer when you can sit outside and watch the crowds go by. Decent prices and drink specials available. I think they have cheap margaritas one night of the week that are tasty. Staff is cool- it's an allright place!! more

A Good Time 8/19/2005

Good Time Charley's is a great hangout for college students. Located right downtown Ann Arbor, Good Time Charley's has a full bar with many drink options. They have dailey drink specials as well as tv's for sports fans. There is patio seating available, which during the summer nights is filled with students having a good time. The sandwiches are Charley's are very good and I especially recommend an order of their monster fries. more

Restaraunt by Day, Drink Specials by Night 8/12/2005

Good Time Charley's is a popular hang out, especially for 21st birthdays. With the capacity to host big parties, people tend to celebrate their birthdays or any other occasion at Charley's. Charley's has good American food as well as a smattering of some Mexican dishes as well. The nice part about Charley's is that they always play the newest music, and have different drink specials every day. Their frozen drinks taste great and they have a huge list of shots. Come on your birthday and you'll get a free meal! My favorite are the count twist sticks - bread stuffed with cheese and try the Twist Sauce, great to dip the twist sticks in! more
