I was amazed at such great people they are, I am not usually pleased with people that come to your door selling stuff, but these people are awesome, they will do all sorts of demostrations, like cleaning your carpet and sorts and are so friendly, too. I have had many vaccums, as most don't seem to last forever anyway, I have tried one after another and had never been so satisfied as with this Kirby. It is real potent and you can tell it is really cleaning and sucking that dirt out of the carpet. It is also so handy in so many other jobs with the numerous attachments it has. It is pricy but in my opnion it is worth every penny of it. Only disadvantage I find to it is the weight.
