Terrible customer service experience. I had some clubs that needed new grips. I called ahead to make sure that someone would be there to help as I was going to go on my lunch hour. I was assured that it would be no problem and that it could be done quickly. When I get to the store, I was told that the club repair guy called in sick today and that they would try to squeeze me in between customers. All of this after I had driven across town and given up my lunch break. I refuse to go back to golf Galaxy.
