On Monday morning around 10 a.m On May 14th. I entered your restuarant. I wanted to get breakfast. I walked past the counter. The ""waitress"" standing behind it says with a snarly attitude, ""sit where you want to."" I approach the booth. Before I could sit down, she asks with a monitone non careing voice if i wanted coffee. I told her that i don't drink coffee. She then just throws the menu on the table and walks away. Right there, I should have just walked out. Well, after sitting there for almost 10 minutes, she never came back to take my order. The menu was closed. I'm sitting right in front of the counter where these ""waitresses"" are all hudled around and just talking to each other. I was being completly ignored. I am looking right at them. Zero response from them. I finally speak up and said, ""can somebody please come over and take my order"". Well bad attitude girl finally walks over after i spoke up. I placed my order with her. 2 eggs over easy, raisin toast dry with butter on the side, and a pepsi. She then has the nerve to tell me not to yell at her next time. I immedialty told her that I did not yell at her. I simply asked for somebody to come and take my order. She said ""whatever"" . I told her to get me another waitress. I did not want her serving me my food. I asked to speak to the manager on duty. I will tell you exactly what I told her. The manager who was not even out there to keep an eye on the lousy job her girls were doing, had the nerve to back up that HORRIBLE SERVER. She accused me of yelling at the ""server"". How dare her. At this point, I now raised my voice, and told her she was wrong. I also said that her girl had a nasty ass attitude. That's right, after being treated horrible from that""server"" and the manager, I said the ass word. Ass is not a cuss word. But according to the manager you'd think i had used the b word. The owner or the franchise owner needs to really see how they treat their customers. On a scale of 1-10 1 being the worst, I would give your customer service a minus 100. I have been in the food service industry for over 25 years. If I had ever treated a customer the way I was treated, I would have been fired on the spot. IT'S TIME FOR YOU TO CLEAN HOUSE. STARTING WITH YOUR SERVERS, AND THAT ""MANAGER"". I was so mad, that I walked out. People if you like being treated like dirt, then go there. I will never go back. I will never remove this review either. This is not done out of spite. It's done becuase people need to know.
