The staff at the Layton location are awful to work with, I have never seen a group of people do so little to help paying customers. (other than maybe Wal-Mart). They just barley brought some of there equipment up to date and even at that it is still outdated and in bad shape. I wouldn't recommend this place to an enemy. There are gyms near by that offer a much better value with better customer service with an equally nice facility. That wont try all the contract gimmicks that Golds does. Please save yourself the hassle of this place. more

Its a nice new facility. It is an exciting place to get a great workout and meet new people too. The staff is friendly and curteous. It is also close to the Layton mall so after a workout one can get something to eat, watch a movie, or shop. Pros: convenient location Cons: alot of new members more

This place is awesome to visit. The people make the trip worthwhile. Classes are awesome and energetic and you always get a good workout. I would recommend it to any friend of mine. Pros: energetic, friendly, good value Cons: busy, parking, it rocks more
