Gold's has the reputation as a muscle man gym and it certainly lives up to it. But there are options for the ladies as well. They have added some interesting aerobics classes including body pump (lifting weights to music) and body flow (yoga, pilates, and tai chi in one). Those classes can get busy at peak times, and body pump is limited, so show up early. The main issue with this gym is the same with most others -- if you want to work out after work, expect to fight for everything. Otherwise, it's pretty decent. And definitely decent for the price.
