Had a clogged drain and called after hours. Within the hour, John came by and started clearing up our badly clogged pipes. He was knowledgeable and explained the problem clearly. He also took extra efforts to make sure the drain was working properly before he left (we ran all of the lines full of water for a while)! I felt completely comfortable and confident that he knew what he was doing and will definitely be a returning customer. Honestly a 5 out of 5 star rating!
