Unfortunately, I would agree-bad customer service. They were only interested in an estimate. After I picked the car up when repairs were complete, they just handed me the keys. I expected someone to look the car over with me in case there were any concerns (which there are). I would not recommend! Spend your money elsewhere and don't go on an insurance recommendation. more

Awful Customer Service 6/29/2011

The customer service here is very poor. I can understand that they work in a high paced environment, but when you feel more like a nuisance, and less like a valued customer, it makes me want to spend my money elsewhere. more
