I rented a GoCar, it broke down, and they would not refund my money.
I rented the GoCar for a day. Midway through the tour we approached a hill. The car started slowly dying slowly so we had to push the car up an entire hill to avoid traffic. After a distress call they came in one hour with a new car. We drove directly back to the station to cancel the entire tour.
The customer support experience was even worse. The attendant nickel and dime'd us and told me to call the main office. After three days of calling, the main office refused to refund my money claiming I had gone on half the tour before the GoCar broke down. The Scottish owner said, ""Cars break down."" Total rip off.

Cons: Old cars break down, customer support is disaster
