the "glow spa" 5/30/2013

I was here a few weeks ago, there was an issue with a clients manicure and her father came in to settle it. Before the man came in the girl at the front desk said "her father can't even talk", she was refering to his less than perfect english. The employees there do not do full hour pedicures as advertised. The owner frequently goes back and forth on what she says over all I would only tell an enemy go to there. If I could give no stars I would. more

Entire staff is so nice 12/20/2010

I seriously refuse to go anywhere but here for my hair. Crystal has done my color for me for about 2 years now and is AMAZING. If I have an emergency need I get worked in and if she is not available the rest of the staff goes out of their way to contact her to find out about my color and to make me feel at home. I would not trust anyone else to touch it. In addition, the entire staff is so nice to talk to and always stops to catch up on my life. more

Friendly service 12/13/2010

I've been to this spa for two separate girls pampering days, and had a great experience both times. The massages and pedicures were wonderful. Services are a little pricey, but it was worth it for a clean spa and friendly service. more

Their pedicures are well worth the price (around $50). The price varies depending on what type of pedicure you get. I had the basic one. It is soooo relaxing. They offer you drinks and magazines to read while you soak your feet in a warm foot bath. The manicurist who did my pedicure was very nice. They give you a great leg massage. The polish they used lasted a really long time too. If you go...make sure you wear sandals (so your polish doesn't smudge) and shorts or pants you can push up past your knees. They offer gift certificates if you want to give a great gift to someone. more

Certainly choose this spa 12/7/2010

My sister and I made appointments for our first ever visit to a spa. We were pleasantly surprised with the services we received. We had facials, pedicures, manicures and haircuts and we were pleased with all. More recently, we took our mother there for her birthday (also her first visit to a spa) and she enjoyed a facial as well. We will certainly choose this spa when we decide to have another "Girls' Day Out" again! more

Keep an eye out - this place is a value 10/20/2005

Although the exterior seems unassuming, the services offered inside are assuredly the same as those you will find in Clayton and Ladue. Keep an eye on the radio station websites where, on occasion, you can buy half price gift certificates for Scandals and save a bundle. A true value for the quality of the services they provide. more

Variety of great services here! 8/13/2005

Scandals is a great place for a day of beauty, whether it be for a massage, haircut and style, manicure, pedicure, or facial. The staff is friendly and really caters to the customers. The hairstylists have a rating system to tell clients how much studying they've done so you always know how experienced your hairstylist is. Prices are also very reasonable and competitive with other spas in the area. It's also fairly easy to schedule an appointment. more

nice spa - many choices 8/2/2005

I have been to Scandals Spa for many different treatments. My pedicures and manicures have been great, but the massages I have had were not that good. I have had two different massage therapists and both of them seemed pretty unsure of what they were doing. I felt like they had been hired right out of school without much experience. more

Would never go back 7/19/2005

AWFUL PLACE!! This place was so bad,not only is this place VERY expensive the girls that worked behind the register was very snobby. I sat there forever as they talked on the phone ignoring me, then I also received a girl that did not seem to know how to give a very good massage. It was a very painful massage and i did not order the deep one just regular massage it was not relaxing at all.I would never go back I thought they all were very rude more
