I completely AGREE WITH YOU! I currently live here and cannot wait to get the fuck out of this shitty Gleneagle place. I've had a few problems with the woman named Vicky from the leasing office (the fat one) she has a disgusting attitude towards clients and makes you feel very uncomfortable. The manager is also an asshole whom I got in an argument with as well as Vicky because they let everyone have dogs, yet, they made me give away my 3 month old puppy. They only give you 7 days to find another place, that's their way of threatening you, we had no other choice than to give out the dog. It is not worth it living here, I felt terribly uncomfortable to even go get my mail or go to the pool because that Vicky bitch is always there with her bad face. She is not fit for this job, I've read other bad reviews about her on Google, yet she's still there, apparently none of them are worth talking to. The manager David is a gay motherfucker who will argue with you. If you live here, you will see the discrimination, other people walking their dogs, barking dogs right next to the office, dogs inside houses, yet, they chose to kick mine out. Also this lady that lived here for 5 years with her dogs was kicked out and only given 7 days to vacate. They barged in her apartment when she wasn't home and saw the dogs. Yes, they do have keys for your apartments and they do come in whenever they wish without notifying you. I've heard from other neighbors that have seen them coming inside other people's apartments. When something breaks and you call, they take a year to come fix it. They never answer the phone in the main office because the least they do is work. I've seen the woman from the office getting rides in the maintenance men's golf cart, going around looking into my apartment to snitch on me if she saw my dog. She's tried her best to mess us up, she recently posted a letter on my door saying we have to leave as soon as contract is over.
