Great service department. 8/10/2010

my sad sad 98 jeep broke down on forest park pkwy and was towed to glendale jeep. I was headed out of town for the weekend so i left it with them and it was all fixed up when I returned. they were pleasant and got to me right away when the tow truck arrived with my car. it was 100+ degrees but i didn't get anything for showing up w/o an apt. I think considering it was the wkend they did a good job of getting the work done by the time i got back. it also cost me not a dime because whatever they repaired was a par tthat had just been replaced so it was under warranty. they also performed some 27pt inspection/check and told me waht else was wrong with the car. from my limited experience, it is a great service dept... more

Great to work with. 2/4/2010

We bought our first new car from Glendale, it was painless!! We told our salesman Paul Joshu what we wanted and he got it done! He was very helpful and easy to work with! The finance department was great too! No hassles! I would defiantly recommend him to anyone, and we will defiantly go back when the time comes to buy again!! more
