Numerous issues and complaints. Lived there two years - it was fine. As soon as new management took over, things changed. It's been noisy, inconvenient and unfriendly. Office staff is horrible. They will be nice to you when they are trying to rent you a unit, but after that good luck! They have NO care or concern for their tenants. If you need help, repairs, or advice - forget it. For example, I haven't had properly operating heat in over two weeks (it's the middle of winter right now). They've been told (by a contractor that THEY hired) how to fix it, but they won't spend the money. My heating bill is now TWICE the amount of my neighbors (according to the PUD) and it's STILL cold in the unit. I'm moving - I recommend that you stay far, far away from this one. BTW - the rent is WAY too high for the quality of the place.
Pros: Could be a nice place
Cons: Horrible, horrible management. Unit quality going down, repairs difficult to obtain.
