Great food, very uptight customer service. Overcharges for stuff, but when they make a mistake it's always the customer's fault or problem.

The food is fantastic, but the service is lacking. Every other time I order there they screw up the food and are VERY rude about it. I was also told once by one of their drivers that they better get a good f-ing tip because they didn't like my driveway. They really need to work on their customer service. more

Probably my favorite pizza shop in the Madison area. This order was a little disappointing though, delivery took almost an hour and a half and the food was warm at best when it arrived. This order didn't really live up to expectations, but it's one of the few, I would still highly recommend their food. more

Probably the best in Madison. 4/28/2008

This is about the best pizza you can have delivered in the Madison area. My favorite is the "South of the Border" which has spicy marinara, pineapple, Canadian bacon and jalepenos. Really clears up the sinuses! more

Highest Quality Pizza in Madison 6/11/2007

I'm very particular when it comes to Pizza. Pizza is one of my favorite foods, so I've been searching Madison the past 2 years for the best Pizza places. Without a doubt, Glass Nickel Pizza sells the highest quality and best tasting pizza you can get in all of Madison.\r \r However, you're going to pay for that quality too. A large Pizza at Glass Nickel is going to run you $20 whereas something similar at Papa John's is going to run you only $11-14.\r \r If you've got unlimited resources, I truely recommend having ONLY this Pizza if you're in Madison (or if you want to treat yourself). They do have coupons/promotions, but they aren't incredibly "great deals." more

Best pizza in Madison 6/21/2006

Being a student, I know pizza, and this place definitely has the highest quality ingredients and the pizza is outstanding, no one else compares. Being from Chicago, I do wish there was some place that makes good chicago style, but this place makes the best new york style pizza I have ever had, and the prices are reasonable, the menu is pretty big too. PROS: Delicious CONS: In my location, takes about an hour to get here more
