Awful, wanna-be slickster crowd that all look around for someone cooler than the person they're trying to talk to. Service stressed out and not very pleasant. Ugly outfits on waitresses and VERY artificial tasting, watered-down drinks. Drinks are better at ANY rowdy Village dump! Don't open up a place juts so you can have parties for so-called celebs; won't work, doesn't work! more

notice a trend...staff is downright rude! They have something to prove, like - they don't want customers to come back. Bouncers overcompensate for their loser lifestyles by keeping people out when no one is in. refused to let my friend in with a cell and treat you like you are a piece of -. my girlfriends and I stepped outside to look at the "glass" bathrooms, they kept us waiting again (there was no line)! Drinks overpriced, watered down and place is a bore. Inside staff pushes people around and I actually watched one guy dragged from his seat and thrown out (it looked like they were pissed bc he was talking on his cell...hmmm wonder if there is a theme here). Bottom line, if you want fun - dont go - but, if you like to be harassed by 10$ an hour wannabe's then this is your place. more

I went only on week days, this plase was not crowded enough but people there were OK. Unfortunately the place closed early (which means I could have stayed there until 4). Enjoyed the outdoor space and the music is usually far better than the average. Nothing special about the staff. My overall impression is good and that's definitely an option for these mid-weeks nights. Pros: music, outdoor space Cons: close early more

GLASS is not worth mentioning...let alone even bother making any reservation there. The schmuck who answered the phone has uncouth attitude...is it really worth coming here? I don't think so. After leaving Bungalo 8 on a Saturday night, due the "want to be hot pathetic scene" a girlfriend and I were pleasantly surprised by a nice, charming bouncer at the door of this very interesting place. Glass has a welcoming feel with a very chic look. Everything from their see-through bathrooms to their garden in the back were quite intriguing. Music was great, place was hot, and the crowd was nice. Never thought I would ever like stumbling into Glass .... Pros: nice bouncer more

Hiked over from midtown after work to meet friends for a drink on a Wednes. night and was disappointed by the simple, boring aesthetic. Bathroom sink was the coolest thing about this place. Bar started getting busy around 10pm. Appetizers (only food offered here) were just ok and the rasberry mojitos weren't too powerful for their standard $10 price. Staff seemed pretty bored there too. And with so many great places in this area, I don't think I'll be back. more
