About four months ago I had an Eyelid Lift done at Dr. Mark Glasgold’s office. My barber had some work done at the Glasgold offices and he recommended hm. It was a wonderful experience, no problems whatsoever. I am more than satisfied and very pleased with the way my eyes look now. I am only 42 years old but inherited the ‘sleepy eyelids’ from my grandmother. On September 21st, I saw Dr. Robert Glasgold for a facelift. My neck really looks gorgeous, now, and my jawline is back. People come here because we want good results. Dr. Glasgold’s office is where you're going to get the best results. Plus, the support from Dr. Robert is phenomenal. He made me feel comfortable from the beginning to the end. He was always there if I needed something or I had a question. I was so confident in his ability as a surgeon that I wasn't worried for one second. If I needed something, I could e-mail or text Dr. Glasgold, and he would get right back to me. On September 23rd, Dr. Mark Glasgold performed my facelift and blepharoplasty. I think it was the incredibly professional and incredibly caring staff that brought me in. From the administrative staff, the nursing staff and Dr. Mark, the patient always comes first. They answer every question, making you feel at ease and welcome. You also know that the experience level and the expertise in Dr. Mark's area of focus is, he's a top-notch surgeon. I am so happy with my results. I've had people come up to me and say, "You look lovely, have you been on vacation? Did you cut your hair?" The results look so natural. I just look like a better me. I had a facelift with Dr. Glasgold. He was very informative. We sat down, he discussed everything with me. We went over concerns, and people do have concerns when they get something like this done. He was very good that way. He called me right after the surgery that night just to make sure everything was okay, which was wonderful. When my daughters first saw me, they go, “Oh my gosh, Mom. You look like 15 years younger.” I am 63 so it was like you didn’t want to look like you are in your 20s or your 30s anymore, you wanted to look like maybe late 40s or late 50s, and I think I really do. It was very good, extremely natural looking. Whoever is interested, definitely, he would be highly recommended by me. I would rate him at 10. more
