I was referred to this office by a friend at work who has the same insurance as me and I was not disappointed (as I have been with several other places). The doctor and staff was very friendly and helpful. I felt like they really cared about me and tried to find what was right for me. The optical staff was wonderful. They had great selection of frames to choose from and had all the latest lenses. (and I ended up paying about $400 less than the last place I went!) more

Not going back 3/15/2011

Out of the staff, one was personable and friendly, the rest snubby and act as if you are bothering them.\r \r Had to repeatedly go back, and when they said they would call, I had to follow up instead.\r \r On three seperate occasions, I was asked for my debit card before being told the total that was going to be charged, I would have to ask. Also had to ask for receipts/statements.\r \r They will place your orders without telling you the cost.\r \r They will make you feel as though you have to order products from them, when by law, if you pay for an eye exam they have to give you a prescription to go else where if you choose.\r \r Good selection of overpriced products. In my family comparrison we could have saved a total of 413.00 at other locations (family of three).\r \r dont allow your children under the age of 18 to go back alone. One of my sons was not even given the contact lens exam, we had to reschedule, and the other was given a completely different contact brand that runs about 150.00 more a year than his previous brand. Again, you don't find out until you pay for it. When asked why the brand change....no answer could be given other than thats what they prescribed....nothing was wrong with the other brand as when I took the other one back for his contact exam...I had to request that he get the same brand. \r \r Pretty Shady!! more
