GivSmart LLC is a new, Portland/Vancouver Metro based company providing fundraising and other services for community based organizations (non-profits, churches, PTA/PTOs, teams etc.) in our region.
Our primary fundraising focus is a unique, easy, “no selling” program where we collect reusable clothing and household items and our community partners receive funds based on the volume of donations related to each organization. Advantages of this program include no investment, inventory or risk for our community partners while we provide marketing assistance and take care of the logistics of collections and scheduling. In fact, we literally did the heavy lifting for our community partners last year while generating over $22,000 (collectively) for them a month with a goal of doubling their income in 2013!
