I went to Gil's for the first time last week, and will not be returning. It was a fairly slow weekday evening, but it was clear they were understaffed. I saw only one server taking care of the entire restaurant. Perhaps it was because of this that the service was so sub-standard, but either way, it was unfortunate. The server was slow and forgetful. I ordered a chicken sandwich and the bun was three times the size of the meat. It wasn't that expensive, but for the quality of food and service, it was way overpriced.
