Gibbs Pharmacy

Gibbs Pharmacy has the nicest and most helpful staff of employees that I have encountered in a middle Tennessee pharmacy. They are very kind and atttentive when I phone in a Rx or when I visit inperson. The pharmacist will gladly talk to you via phone or in person. Additionally, they have the best service anywhere! When I wait for my Rx, they fill it so quickly and accurately. Plus, they always treat me like they appreciate my business! Totally unlike Wal-Mart and Kroger where I was treated like an inferior and like I was a bother to them! Their Rx prices are better than most! (Don't know about their other items, I never checked). more

I had been a customer at Walgreens for years. I recently heard about a local Pharmacy that offered everything that Walgreen's offered and more. So after many years of experiencing the ""fast food"" of Pharmacies, I decided to give my local pharmacy a try. When I walked into Gibbs Pharmacy, I was greeted with warm and friendly smiles. It seemed like their staff actually enjoyed being there. They answered all of my ""silly"" questions and even took the time to educate me about all their different services. Also, I had never understood how my insurance worked with my prescriptions. They explained that I could look at my coverage and take that information into my doctor for us to review before they even wrote a script. I have been a happy and loyal customer since that day! oh yeah... they also have all the same high-tech equipment... drive-thru... etc. Thank you Gibbs Pharmacy! It's bad enough you have a medical condition that requires prescriptions, but to get treated as if you are inferior to the pharmaceutical staff, makes the experience all that more difficult to bare. Chronic illnesses are nothing to take lightly, and neither is poor customer care. Drive a little further if you have to, there are plenty of pharmacies out there. Ones that don't mark up the prices so high, or treat you with disrespect. Walgreens, Walmart, they both offer discount programs. Gibbs, they'll offer disappointment! Pros: None worth mentioning. Cons: Unprofessional, arrogant, down right RUDE! more
