Warranty Work 4/8/2014

I was told to be there at 7am, which I was, and that repair would take about an hour. 8am car was done. Much better than my wife's previous experience for an oil change that turned into 2 1/2 hours because they found something else wrong but never asked her if she had time to wait. more

Bob Woods and the other service personnel are all over you as soon as you pull in. To them , no problem or percieved one, is too small...The coffee is good too. more

EXCELLENT Customer service 3/31/2014

While I normally dread going to a dealership for work to done, Ashley McCarrick and the entire service staff took that dread away.. Service was on par with what I would have expected at Lexus, BMW or Mercedes. I was very impressed with the quality of service.. more

Friendly and workmanship 3/24/2014

Except for going to my appt with the head mech and getting there and he was off that day the follow up apointment went well. They fixed the seat and had a loaner waiting for me. more

Needs a better "check-in" setup and deliver the car when agreed upon. I have found the guys to be unpleasant and "nasty" to each other in front of customers. Both times I have patronized the service, work wasn't completed on time and I had to kill another 1 1/2 hrs till they got around to it. My Sales Rep delivered my car to me so I wouldn't have to wait. Yay! Kudos to Chris Mettille, but Boo to your Service Dept. more

Everytime I have had to go to Gettel Hyundai for service it has been a pleasant experience. Bob the service technician is so helpful and friendly. He is though and explains everything. I have not had any issues using this service center. more
