very sad day 10/13/2010

I got a pure bred golden retwith papers, at eight months old we learned she had severe displasia in both hips. she needs a tpo on one hip and a Total Hip Replacementsin the other. which will be a toatl of $9000 to safe her. The store has not returned my calls.I know they are under any obligation to me but I think they would want to stop selling puppies from a breeder that couls have this severe problems in there puppies.It has been a very sad time for my family with love our little zoey alot and will do what we can to help her.I just hope allley cat does not allow this to happen to another family. more

refuse to send papers on dog 8/12/2009

I bought a puppy over 90 days ago. I was promised the registered papers in 90 days, It way over 90 days and still no papers and when I call to ask about them they just hang up the phone. I believe I bought a purebreed unpapered dog and paid full price for a papered dog. more

We adore our Kitty's! Knowledgeable staff 10/28/2005

This is the must stop shop in the Vancouver Mall. Everytime we go shopping the kids have to stop and see all the furry friends in the windows. We bought our kitten's from this shop, and were very happy with the service, and knowledge of the staff. As well we purchased my mom's bunny from this shop, and she is the sweetest bunny ever! I hate to add this, because we were impressed with the shop, however please check with the humane society first. more

Ok place to get pet supplies and pets 8/3/2005

I have to admit the cute dogs in the windows are irresistible. I know of a few people who have purchased dogs there and all are quite happy with what they got. The prices do seem a little high for some pet care items and it's an awfully small place to maneuver around, especially with a stroller. The fish are good there. We've had more fish from the big pet stores die and have yet to have one from here kick the bucket. more
