The staff is always looking after your comfort, give you a hearty laugh and are very professional and friendly. If you have to go the dentist, this is a great place to go!

The service at the Salmon Creek Gentech is extraordinary. The staff is terrific. I give them an A+ for there awesome service that they show toward the other patients too. Pros: neat and tidy, warm feeling when entering the office Cons: none everything is terrific more

The assistance at the Salmon Creek Gentech are very friendly, also the Dr's are very friendly. But i'll always remember the day i was felling very sick and the manager Karen Lee gave me a Juice box and some fun stuff to play with. Pros: good lighting, very clean more

Extended hours 6/30/2008

Due to my business and extensive travel schedule, I am not always able to see the same hygienist but I come to realize that you have many experienced hygienists work at your office. I am thankful that they are great professionals and each visit has been a good one for me. I am always offered a headset and a blanket. Also I am always in and out on time which is very important to me. Pros: always on time more

Very experienced dentist 6/30/2008

Both Doctor McClure and Watanabe are very experienced dentists. My family and my sister's family are very happy at gentech. They are knowledgeable and can do almost anything. Except one time my husband needs to be refer to see an oral surgeon and I need to see the gum doctor. The communication among doctor and us are always clear and timely. They are both available when we need to see them. They also return call when we leave a message. We are thankful for who you are!! Pros: likes your morning hours and opens late in the evening more

Kids friendly and truly different 6/30/2008

My son is a pt of Dr. Al. He recently had two fillings done and he was worry for the needle but Dr. Al gave him the injection with nitrous. He left a message on our home recorder to see how he was doing that night.We want to thank Dr Al for his extra ordinary caring. His assistant Jenna was great. Both are very professional. Great people and friendly 6/30/2008

I came with my friend for his dental appointment. The next thing I knew I was given the tour of the office. I was so impressed with the clean environment and friendly attitudes. I made my appointment to see Dr. McClure the next day. Then, in the same week, i had my teeth cleaning. I could not believe I could be taken care of so fast without waiting for a few weeks. I am going to ask my family to switch to gentech! Pros: Friendly people and clean environment Cons: not open on Saturday more

Great environment for seniors 6/30/2008

I am an elderly man who just moved to Vancouver. I have been looking for a new dental provider for a few months. One of my friends recommended Gentech and I am very glad I decided to give this company a try. I cannot say enough about the staff, who tried so hard to make my visit enjoyable. Kristin was my hygienist and she treated my mouth with the care that it deserves! I will refer more friends to this office. Pros: staff nice more

I was greeted warmly by Corinna upon entering the office. She graciously asked if I had any special requests for my appointment. All office staff went to great lengths to ensure my comfort. I have never had a dental experience as pleasant as this! Pros: Friendly, fast service Cons: Nothing! more

Wow 6/30/2008

When I called for my check up appointment, you scheduled me immediately and the appointment was great. You offered me music CD and everyone in the office from receptionist to hygienist to doctor were personal and caring to me. I was told that I needed a crown. Within a week, I have a new tooth put on. Now I am ready to leave the country for 6 months. I will see you when I returned in Dec. Thank you! Pros: not noisy and very calm atmosphere more

Gentle, professional dental service with a smile 6/30/2008

I was very pleased with my experience as a patient at Gentech. Dr Watanabe treated me with respect and really listened to what I wanted from my dental visit. He made sure all my requests were met. When I had fillings done, he was extremely gentle. I had a blanket and music to listen to and was given nitrous to relax me. It was a great experience in a dental office. more

I just wanted to let everybody know that I have been going to Gentech for over 5 years, before I was married, I am now married and have a 5 year old son, and all 3 of us are still patiens at Gentech, I would not let anybody else near our mouths, Dr Watanbe is the best out there, and Deanna our Hygienest is the friendliest most gentelest hygeinest there. I will continue bringing my family and refer any of my friends and family to this office. Go Gentech! more

Great tme 6/30/2008

I am very impressed with our new family dentist, they are very high tech. My son loves to go with me to my appointments because the girls put on amovie and pop popcorn and give himk a juie box while he waites for me. THe funny part is that he is always wanting to get his teeth fixed to he says. And Dr Watanabe is very good with kids, he lets them call him Al, his name is a challenge to say for them, so it makes them feels comfortableto be able to call him by his name. I will recomend this office to anybody looking for a new place to go. more

I was expecting an unpleasant experience, because I don't like going to the dentist. I would do this again! The doctor was very good and nice. The girls treated my very nice too. I will come back to this office again. Pros: Doctors, employees and location. more
