Changed for the Better 1/3/2007

This business has changed. It is now called Fusion Fitness. The interior has been renovated and it is now extremely nice inside compared to when it was Genesis or Westbay. The floors, the lighting, the layout, the lounges, everything. The new staff's attitudes have improved greatly over Genesis and are very kind. Overall, I find the Fusion Fitness rendition of Old Westbay has been rehauled for the better since I was a member, and new things have been added like kid's care, and a revamped women's part of the gym. more

Worst place to join 8/21/2005

I belonged here before it turned into Genesis. When I was a member of Westbay Athletic Club it was so much better. The new owners bought it out about a year ago but they did all this promising that the club would get new equipment and new things. They did nothing except paint the place and rent it out to other companies. How that benefits me I do not know so I took my business elsewhere. more

Wish they had never bought it. 7/17/2005

I dont know why anyone would join here. The owners are nasty they wont do anything about their attitude. It seemed to rub off on the staff too. How they are still in business is beyond me. Dont come here go to another gym. Running in 100 degree weather would be better than coming here. They charge way too much considering they dont have too much to offer. more
