Love my kitchen 4/12/2008

I went looking for appliances at a couple places. Since the prices are basicly the same no matter where I looked I went to General because a friend of mine bought a kitchen from JOHN. So I went in and JOHN was no longer working there but Candie helped me. I bought a Kobe hood, best hood ever. SO quiet and I bought a Windcrest gas cooktop. I bought a Dacor oven and I almost bought a Bosch dishwasher but I wanted to look at the Fagor first and they could get it but they did not have it on display. I will go back to get the dishwasher from Candie because I loved the Fagor but the salesperson at the other store was not nearly as good. I got the appliances when promiced. The Windcrest cooktop is very good. Damn hot. SO I love my appliances and I take it personally when someone else wrote such a bad review. I had a great experience and Candie is wonderful. Pros: Candie is the best. Cons: did not have the Fagor dishwasher on display more

Bad delivery, no customer service...paid too much for high end appliance and get bad customer service 1/31/2007

Based on that my wife took a day off to receive the order. Order never came. Called the owner and was brushed off that when they get their delivery they would deliver it. He was caeful in choosing his words to put the blame on the supplier.I'm now three weeks beyond the promise date. Pros: many appliance models on the floor Cons: did not deliver product on promised date. Didn't see to care since they charged by CC more
