I took my car to Genes so they could hook up a scanner to my engine to see what was wrong with it. It ended up being #1 and #5 ignition coils. I hired them to do the work and they honestly did a good job in fixing the car but....... they messed up my tire in the process. I have 22 inch rims. When i picked up my car they were closed so i had to wait until monday to show the owner the damage. He didnt want to hear about it at all. All he could say is ""i cant help you"" in a very nasty tone. I paid them 220 dollars to do the work that they did and came out of pocket 200 dollars for a tire that they messed up by being negligent. If you have rims or anything nice on your car i recommend not to take it there. The owner has stated he will not pay for ANY damage that GENE'S AUTOMOTIVE causes.
Pros: They do a good job fixing your car
Cons: But they mess up your car in the process of fixing it.
