My husband and I were rear ended almost a year ago. Geico contacted us to settle our claim. We explained that we did not want monetary compensation, only our medical bills paid. We were told that we would be ""taken care of."" I sent them our medical bills in December and contacted Geico at least 15 times. I left message after message and was not called back. When I was able to talk to a live person, I spoke to the same Geico rep. and she repeatedly assured me that she would call me back the next day with an adjustment. She reapeatedly did not call me back. I called again Monday and she Finally called me back yesterday. She stated that they would not pay our medical bills. She said that we would have to prove that we were injured in the accident, x rays are not enough. We did not get a Lawyer when this happened because we thought that this company was honest. Obviously NOT. She lied to me and manipulated me for almost a year. I would never recommend a company who lies, misleads, and takes advantage of people in desperate situations. I urge you to use a different company or you too, could be in our situation!
