Having been a customer of a plethora of Geek Squads I feel its fair to say, as a whole, this company is hardly time efficient.
The work they do is good. They do their job well and once you finally get your machine back from them, or get them to your house, they really deliver.
But with that being said, they take their sweet time meeting their customers needs.
If you rely on your computer for business or school you really dont have the kind of time required to use the services offered by the Geek Squad.
For example, they'll want two weeks to diagnose a problem and then an additional two to repair it.
That is a month without a computer!
A outlandish period of time, seeing as most problems can be repaird in half the time AT MOST.
It's not fair to the customer.
If the company cannot handle the volume of customers theyre dealing with then (god forbid) expand to meet the consumer's needs!
I came across a company called Secure Remote Support which can execute all the same repairs as the Geek Squad in a fraction of the time at a fraction of the cost.
With Secure Remote Support the customers needs are recognized and met.
Im so happy I gave them a chance, now I never have to be without my computer (and as we all know, being without a computer these days is nearly impossible).
