When I took my computer into the Geek Squad I first made sure that if I were to trust them with my machine the work would be done properly (I've had various instances with Geek Squads in the past where the service is a nightmare) and the manager on site assured me that they were in fact trustwothy and would preform quality work.\r
Ok I figured, fair enough.\r
This Geek Squad experience was like all the others.\r
It took too long to complete the repairs, the cost was substantially greater than competitiors, and the staff couldnt be bothered with customers when I went in to pick my computer up,\r
Again, incredibly disappointed with the service.\r
After this FINAL run-in with the Geek Squad I had my computer serviced by a company I found via Google called Secure Remote Support. They were fast, efficient and affordable.\r

Cons: Price, quality, time spent
