Geek Squad: Needed twice (so far) for the front loading washer. Appointments set and they promised to call to confirm and when they were on their way - never happened - we called and then had to dash out of work to meet them. That was the first time and they were pretty clueless about what was wrong with the washer. Today, they called the wrong number (there are three choices and two of them, they were told, should NEVER be used) and left a message. Seems the tech person is sick. We're rescheduled for Saturday afternoon. Oh, when we called in the problem, the person read our minds and was able to tell what was wrong during a brief phone call. I think they'll be surprised, just as the last time, when their haul freight back here, again. BAH!
